Very nice location on the beach. The pool is beautiful, food was great.

The noise coming from nearby places. There was a group of people in the carpark next door with a huge speaker, listening to music till all hours. Luckily we had a white noise machine so it didn't disturb the kids.

We transited through Kapung and were very happy with our stay. It is a very nice hotel with everything you could need. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the facilities great. The staff were very helpful and appreciated.

It was all good.

Staff continually rang us and woke us up at 10:30 at night to pay for a small bar bill that could have gone on the room. 3 phone calls and call to the room. Very annoying.

The rooms are clean. All staffs includinh the engineering are super friendly. The breakfast is best!

I have experienced 3 different rooms during my 4 nights stay. #409 aircond was warm, mini fridge doesn't work. I call then the aircond was fixed very quick. Good view. #203 no view, seems someone has smoke a lot in the toilet before I check in into this room. #414 big room, beautiful balcony with ocean view. Unfortunately there are couple of problems in this room: * Leaking on the bidet spray. I found water flowing on the floor. But they fix it very quick. * When you take a shower, the floor is flooding even passing through the shower's glass door up until the wastafel area. * Many rubbish on the beach

- Superbly clean in all areas of the hotel - Smiles from all the workers in the hotel - Nice range of options for breakfast, good coffee - Bar at the hotel - 24-hour room service - Good water pressure in the shower - Very nicely located right on the beach - Sea view rooms with balconies available - Very comfy beds and spacy rooms - Sitting areas all around the lobby area - Very nice pool right at the beach, good sized, too.

- TV channels were not good, the only channels that had programs not dubbed in Indonesian had no sound at all - Shower would have a hot water for only a moment and then it would start cooling down very soon,. Not a huge problem and probably comes down to saving water and energy so... Just haven't had this happen anywhere else yet. - The weirdest thing for us was that we really needed peace and quiet so turned on the Do not disturb light on in the morning as we were staying in and having a much needed rest. During that time the cleaning staff rang the door bell twice to ask if it's ok to clean up already and on top of that they called the room twice, once to see if it was ok to clean and the second time to advertise some event they had later on. We have never experienced something like this before. In the other room that was in our family's use same situation also included the staff slipping a note to the room saying "Sorry we haven't cleaned up your room yet." For me it took a lot of points off from the overall experience because using "Do not distrub" really needs to mean that you don't get disturbed. - Room service food had to be paid by cash once delivered in the room, No option of charging it on the room let alone using a debit/credit card to pay. Not great, especially when you're in this level hotel and also when you can't know in advance. We were lucky to have the needed amount on cash. - On-site restaurant Beer & Barrel hasn't been able to deliver what the menu says. When we have ordered food either in the restaurant or order from room service there has always been a difference between what the menu says and what you get. As an example, Club Sandwich is served with french fries according to the menu, but it was served with corn chips. And that wouldn't be mentioned, instead you just get the changed dish. - You can only use the pool between 6am and 6pm.

Good value for money, great breakfast (vast choice and good quality), good location, comfortable room.

Toilet was a bit smelly and the pool under maintenance. The staff could be a bit more aware of tourism options in the area, although the facility is more business oriented indeed.

We asked for more water. They charged us 4 times the price. With the check out the doorman was brutal to us. We had to beg for towels. There was no staff at the swimming pool to take an order. The rooms are noisy.

It's a lovely location on the waterfront, and definitely worth getting a room with a view. The bar/cafe has a nice vibe when there is live music, and the pool area is welcome in warm Kupang. Having an onsite gym is great (especially for business travellers), and the gym attendant is happy to run you through a workout as a service to guests (I wish I had known this earlier). All up, a good choice for Kupang.

Service around the pool and cafe could be improved - you often have to find a waiter.

This hotel is located at the beach, just 20 min. away from the airport by taxi. Nearby you find some restaurants, cafés and shops. The room is spacious, very clean and the bed very comfortable. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. All in all a very good place to stay. I would stay there again.

The music from the restaurant/bar might be loud and heard in the room until midnight.

A lovely Bali style hotel in Kupang. Ocean view rooms with balcony were delightful, and interconnected rooms were perfect for our family.

Staff perhaps need to know a little more about activities and attractions in Kupang. (See Kupang Water Park review. Not a great activity!)
